• Watering: Water deeply once a week during dry spells or as needed to maintain soil moisture.
• Maintenance: Remove yellow or brown leaves to prevent the spread of disease.
• Pruning: In early spring, remove any dead or damaged foliage and trim back any overgrown stems. After the blooming season, cut back the entire plant to within a few inches of the ground to encourage new growth for next year.
• (Optional): Chicago Apache Daylily benefits from a balanced fertilizer once or twice a year, applied in early spring and/or midsummer.

Planting trees or plants is easy! First, begin by digging a hole that's twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Place the tree or plant in the hole and add some bonemeal fertilizer. Backfill with fresh soil if needed and water thoroughly. Water regularly until roots are established to keep the plant healthy. Enjoy your new tree or plant!
